Política de devolução de 30 dias

Queremos que você ame sua caixa de correio e pacote Feliluke tanto quanto nós. Se você não estiver satisfeito com sua compra, oferecemos devoluções com reembolso no prazo de 30 dias após a entrega do produto, desde que não tenha sido utilizado e ainda esteja em sua embalagem original, enviado de volta para nós e atenda aos demais critérios de elegibilidade descritos abaixo . Para produtos adquiridos de um revendedor autorizado, aplica-se a política de devolução – entre em contato diretamente com eles para obter mais informações.

RETURN POLICY ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

You may return your Feliluke order for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following criteria are met:
This return policy applies only to product purchased on feliluke-com-911479.hostingersite.com.
The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging (boxes, cardboard, foam, etc).
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at suporte@feliluke.com for a return authorization number. Once approved, a return authorization number will be issued with directions on how to return.
Items must be shipped cost pre-paid by customer back to Feliluke. A copy of the packing slip or original receipt must accompany all returns. We reserve the right not to accept returns that do not have a return authorization number or are not accompanied by packing slip or original receipt. Additionally, we charge a 10% restocking fee to offset processing and handling costs on all returns.
If a return does not meet any or all of these criteria, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund on a case by case basis.
Feliluke does not offer returns on Feliluke products purchased outside of feliluke-com-911479.hostingersite.com. For products purchased from an authorized retailer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

EXCHANGE POLICY ELIGIBILITY DETAILS

You may exchange your Feliluke order for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following criteria are met:

The product must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging (boxes, cardboard, foam, etc).

Once an item is received by us for an exchange, we will issue a full refund for the item that has been returned to us minus a 10% restocking fee. This restocking fee will be fully credited back to the customer once a replacement order for a new item is placed. The new order can either be placed directly on our website, or we can issue an invoice to pay against. NOTE: No restocking fee will be deducted if a replacement order is placed prior to us receiving back the returned item.

If an exchange does not meet any or all of these criteria, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund on a case by case basis.

I received the wrong product, how can I return it?

Feliluke Limited Lifetime Warranty

Para produtos adquiridos em feliluke-com-911479.hostingersite.com, Feliluke garante que os produtos vendidos estão livres de defeitos de materiais e de fabricação e estão em perfeito estado de funcionamento no momento da compra. Se alguma(s) peça(s) estiver(em) danificada(s) ou com defeito no momento do recebimento, a Feliluke substituirá essa(s) peça(s) específica(s).

Feliluke offers a free Limited Lifetime Warranty on Feliluke products with proof of purchase to the original owner. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. If the product should become defective for these reasons during your ownership, Feliluke will replace the product once it is returned to Feliluke.

This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any damage caused by modification, accident, abuse or misuse of the product. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to the below:

Vandalism, abuse/neglect, or use of the mailbox or package box for unintended purposes;
Surface rust, fading, corrosion or exposure to the outdoors or environmental pollution, including salt air, road salt and sprinklers.
Damage to the paint that could lead to surface rust damage (e.g., stone chips, scratches, installation errors or improper chemicals being applied to the paint);
Acts of nature, improper use, faulty installation, or alteration or modification to the products that could be reasonably expected to affect the performance of the structural and finish components;
Use of the products with other items that are not compatible with, or adversely affect, the products; and/or
Lost keys.
