I love the Dropbox. Putting it together was the hard part though with less than adequate instructions. It is sturdy and my mail carriers love it!
The only affordable box on the market with the largest receiving dimensions. Don’t be fooled about the package holding dimensions on other postal boxes. That’s advertised for when you put a package in there for pickup which also then needs a key and is very difficult to coordinate with a shipping service. I live in Denver and porch pirates have been a huge issue. Ring camera does nothing other than assure that someone trespassed and stole your property. I’m a DIY person and their setup video helped me a lot. This review would have been 4 stars due to the fact that; that while being shipped some edges got bent but only required a needle nose pliers to bend back certain corners so it’s flush and fits accordingly. This was not due to the quality of the box/metal but due to the shipping personal treating the box as a football. The miss treatment of the package also caused the hardware bag to rip open during the process. All said and done the box is amazing, we’ll thought out where how the pieces fit together that only a sledge hammer can open it now. I was missing one plastic rubber stopper for the door. I emailed the company and they were sympathetic about the issue, mailed me more in addition to a postal sticker to adhere to the box. While I already ordered the exact sticker separately it was a good gesture showing their backing behind their product and customer service. So 5 stars, should be 6. I would recommend this box over all others as I have a research issue and this is the only box on the market with the largest acceptance package dimensions.
The packaging was completely ace ventura‘d when I received it but the box was fine aside from the scratches etc. This thing is wonderfully heavy duty. Highly recommend two people minimal, I really almost messed things up doing it by myself.Over Six months in and the overall quality is fantastic, despite this cold and wet season!
I read a lot of conflicting reviews on this product and decided to give it a shot. Assembly was fairly straight forward (the seller even sent me a link to a very helpful video). It is as sturdy as a mail/parcel box needs to be. We poured a pad and easily mounted the box to the pad. It is sturdy, nice looking, and perfectly reliable!

Each box comes with a unique lock and key. If you lose the key, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can send you a new lock and key for replacement.
Feliluke warrants that the products sold to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and to be in perfect working order at the time of purchase. Feliluke offers a free Limited Lifetime Warranty on Feliluke products with proof of purchase to the original owner.
The Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. If the product should become defective for these reasons during your ownership, Feliluke will replace the product once it is returned to Feliluke.
This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to any damage caused by modification, accident, abuse or misuse of the product. This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to the finish, paint, rust or improper installation.
